Picacho Peak- October 18th
Ten lucky students went hiking at Picacho Peak.  They hiked up the Hunter Trail and then went to lunch at McDonalds.  Mr. Colby Turner, Mr. Kelly Cota and Ms. Alison Mabery escorted these fine young people on their adventure.

Kartchner Caverns- November 7th
Another group of dedicated students went on an Arizona Adventure to Kartchner Caverns State Park.  Mr. Colby Turner and his wife Kristin were the escorts this time.  The students toured the facility and then explored the Big Room.  The group also enjoyed pizza for lunch.  What a great time!

Arizona Science Center- November 25th
Over 50 students and teachers attended the Arizona Science Center field trip.  The trip included touring the entire center, a visit to the Planetarium and an IMAX Grand Canyon experience.  Special thanks to Gila Bend Elementary School for transportation and chaperons.

Cabela's Kids Day- Febuary 28th
Dozens of Arizona kids came out to work with AAE's Angel Anglers.  Angel Anglers are volunteers who raise money and work directly with Arizona kids.  They especially enjoy showing youngsters how to fish.

Sedona Expedition- May16th
A van load of hard working, deserving kids got to hike Soldiers Pass with Feather Jones and some of their favorite teachers.  Then if that weren't enough there was just enough time for a quick dip at Slide Rock.  A stop at AAE sponsor Sportsman's Warehouse and Dominos Pizza were also on the day's agenda.
